Channels SR-7
Admin → Configuration. Connection settings for each dissemination channel — distinct from picking which channel to use per send, which happens on the two Dissemination screens.

A test send verifies the channel's own connection settings only. Sending an alert to a test address as a final content check before dissemination is done on Early Warning → Dissemination, against the selected approved alert.
