Response Protocols

Admin console. The checklist an analyst must complete, per hazard and severity, before a situation can be approved for dissemination — a hazard/severity pair with no protocol configured here has no checklist at all, and Approve stays disabled on Alerts until one is added. Distinct from Thresholds, which configures when an alert opens; this configures what happens once it does. Thresholds keeps its own Flood/Warning worked example and hazard-wide coverage summary — this screen is the full per-severity console behind it.
